Last days and farewells around, and another beginning.

So much given and blessed from the people in the time at Silicon Valley.
Time flew and came to wrap up the life in the Silicon Valley.
Hidden heroes are many in places in the places I visited in my life.

Mural Research and Meeting in San Francisco, People who share the common values

At the Tenderloin of the San Francisco, I have met the most inspiring people for the start-up journey in the Silicon Valley.

The Tenderloin museum is located at the mid-area of San Francisco. It is also considered to be the "ghetto" area of the town.

San Francisco based muralist, Mona Caron, has drawn several murals in the town. And her documentary film crew made the whole mural painting process and its remarkable and unique story into a film.

The place may be left as a ghetto, but artists didn't let it happen.
Their soundless voice is echoing from their artwork on the mute walls.

These murals in this place contains real people and story of the residents in the ghetto and their connection with the mural artists.

Stop over at Cincinnati History Museum

All development of a life has a history. A country, city, and person.

Cincinnati is one of the key places of transportation
during the 19th and 20th century of the U.S.

I see that pioneer-ship and entrepreneurship have much thing in common.
Keeping a keen sense of history of human lives can become
a helpful source of growing as an entrepreneur.

Food for thought
Am I making even a difference in history of my life? and to the world?

Mural Research : Indianapolis Museum of Art

While visiting the Indianapolis, the field research for local murals continues.
The mural shown below in the picture is located at the IMA.

Thankfully and surprisingly the murals designing and working process was imprinted on the wall along with the mural.

The sense of art and design overwhelmed the whole atmosphere in the place.

People from the good old days in Shenyang, China

During the stay in the U.S., I was able to visit one of my high school alumni Changyeon Lee and science teacher, Mr. Morrow and his wife.

Seeing the people from the good old days enlivened the day,
and it continues until today.

Metoring with Alec Stern at Work in Progress, and tour to Zappos

Mr. Alec Stern is one of the founders of marketing support service start up, Constant Contact, and he is also a senior mentor and adviser at the co-working space for entrepreneurs, Work in Progress, in Las Vagas.

The mentality and culture of cooperation existed in people and places.

Zappos' key philosophy for company culture is "fun at work."
It introduces that working in a fun and exciting place directly flow to customers.

Creating stories. John Steinbeck Museum in Salinas

An american novelist, John Steinbeck, wrote several novels about the common people's lives who suffer from contradict reality in the capitalist economy in his time.

Salinas was one of the places he wrote his creations.

Mr. Steinbeck won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1962.
People in the community started a mural project to channel Mr. Steinbecks achievement to the younger generation in town.

His writings are known for the compassion and companionship of common people.

At Buck's woodside, an Awesome place for dining and time for entrepreneurs and their mentors.

Buck's woodside is located at the east side of the hill on the west shore of silicon Valley.
Place is well-known for not only its decent serving of food but also a place for gathering of entrepreneurs.

The interior decoration of the restaurant is full of surprises and fun,
just as it feels like touring in an amusement museum.

Thanks to Youngjune and his father, I was introduced to these two mentors in the picture. Mr. Seungsam Yoo from ICTK ventures and Mr. Sunghyun Hwang from SK planet.

Entertainment, relaxation, and enjoyment in the place spreads from mouths of entrepreneurs in the Silicon Valley.

Mr. Yoo told us,

"If you have an idea to change the world,
Think Big, Start Small, also Start and Change Quickly."

Plug and Play Techcenter in-house seminar : Lunch and Learn with Tibor Shanto from the Salesforce

The PnP center provides various marketing and early start-up support program
within the services periodically for the resident companies in the PNP.

"One can only manage to allocate the tasks to allocate efficiently in time,

Mr. Shanto has emphasized that each start-ups need to know scientifically and experimentally prove and see what and when is most efficient to contact and communicate with customers.

Nature and history, a weekend trip to the Muir Woods

The Muir Woods is one of the famous hiking place
for people living near SF, and the Bay areas.

The place is also known for its history of beginning of the very first UN council after the World War I.

The trees grow both wide and height as it ages.
And the nature of the nature is clearly, visibly shown in its existence.
Looking and breathing the evidences of the wonder in the place
have refreshed the hearts inside of me and my companions.

Breathe for growth.
